Dear sir My name is : Chenneboina Ajay Kumar My account no:[protected] Mobile number registered with bank is:[protected] I purchased a product on amazon on 27-10-18 using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 15-11-18. maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as[protected] . I had contacted your banks customer service number there is no proper response, hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status and your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Sir/madam, i order food from swiggy of amount rs 236 but they cancelled my order so they told me they will refund.The reference number is which they gave me is 5427247465416566003020.i hope i will get my refund soon.
