Canara Bank — refund issue repeated | |||
I have filed a complaint but have not received aby assistance. A mail came from canra bank theye asked me for account number. The mail was not at all professional. I asked them future but didnt received any assistance. Kindly look into thi matter urgently please. I am very unhappy with the service they are asking me to visit canara bank. I have transacted yesterday for paying 560 rupees in mp high court rti cell but without successful transaction my account[protected] is debited and notification that shows transaction failed due to some technical problem kindly resolve this issue.

I had ordered a headphone by amazon on 21st of February, refund amount of 1247 was initiated by amazon on 27feb... reference number is[protected]... customer care executive told me it will take 45days...but amazon says it will take a week to reflect back to my account.
