Canara Bank — refund issues from amazon to my canara bank account

My name is saziya. I have an account in your khurja (Bulandshahr) u. P branch. I returned two items from amazon. They are confirming that they sent refund amount to my canara bank account on[protected]. Refund amount is 399.00 & 467.50 respectively. [protected]. But still no refund amount credit in my account yet. So please my refund amount asap.
