Canara Bank — refund not processed by the bank | |||||
I have returned the order of rupees 13, 739 to the amazon seller and he has initiated the refund also on 17th may 2018. I got a message from amazon that your balance will be reflected on your account within 5 business days (23rd may 2018), but i havent got it yet. Today is 27th may, 2018. They provided me a refrence number - 776227 Now, i e-mailed them once again on 24th may for the issue and they said that they have processed the return and asked me to call the customer care of the bank, i called them, and after verifying everything, they told me that i have to visit the branch for this issue. Given a letter to canara bank for refund of my sister account gave authorite letter on 29/1/18 have visited the bank several times and call the bank email the bank but they are not helping for refund please assist for refund the bank is not helping for refund not given any response to letter given on 29-1-18 please assist
