Canara Bank — refund not received yet regarding

Customer id 42833538
I purchased a product on amazon on 16th of july month using cash on delivery. I asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was intiated on 19th of july, maximum time was 5 days. Still it was not reflect in my account. They had provide the refund refference number as[protected]. I has contacted canara bank customer care. There is no proper response. So, i am going to file in banking ombudsman
