Canara Bank — refund not reflecting in salary account

Sir/ mam,

I, divyansh rawat, an officer with canara bank, rah rudrapur, did two transactions in the month of january from my salary account number 1386.111.32940 using mobile banking/ upi, for which i was to receive a refund of rs. 2, 207 and rs. 5, 000, respectively, in my salary account number : 1386.111.32940, but still haven't. My salary account is with branch rudrapur sme, dp code - 4694. The details of the transactions such as the date of transactions, the refund initiation dates, and arn number of the two transactions are as follows :

1) 1st transaction :
Purpose : book flight ticket for 29.01.2018 from delhi to hyderabad
Website used for booking : make my trip
Reason for refund : flight cancelled by the airline
