Canara Bank — refund of amount 1649 not received yet | |
Dear sir, My account no:[protected] Customer id: 42833538 I purchased a product on amazon on 16th of july 2019 by using cash on delivery of amount 1649. Then i asked for refund. As per their confirmatiin refund was intiated on 19th of july. Maximumum time taken was 5days, but still it was not reflect in my account. They had provided the refund refference number as[protected]. I has contacted your customer care there is no proper response. So, i am going to file in banking ombudsman. My friend has transferred an amount of 3000/- from SBI to my account of Canara bank at10am on 1st August through UPI but it's not credited till now in my account but has been debited from her account.She called her main branch and asked for same. They provided update that it's transferred from there end, kindly contact receivers account bank.
