Canara Bank — refund of my product

I am anuj kumar singh and i booked a mobile phone apple i phone 6 from amazon website on 11october 2018 but cancelled that order due to some reasons than i checked my bank account but there is no credit in my bank account amazon said that they initiated refund on same day on 11 october but there is no credited to my bank account plz resolve. This i will be very thankful to you

Hello,

I am anuj kumar singh My saving account number is[protected]Branch.: kanker khera meerut). I purchased a mobile Phone from amazon.in and paid from my rupay debit card. The amount is Rs 18999/-. But i canceled my item on same day i. E. 11 oct 2018. The refunds for the same were initiated and successfully processed to my debit card and i got refund reference numbers for the product, it has been about more than a week and yet the amounts are not reflected in my account.

I contacted my bank customer support. They are not able to locate the refund.

I contacted to bank customer support. They are unable to do anything for this refund. Their customer support service is very poor.

Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

I have also complained in my bank and the confirmation from the bank is following.:

Plz, help me. Diwali festival will be coming soon. I have needed my amount. Plz, help me as soon as possible.
