[Resolved] Canara Bank — Refund Related Issues from online shopping | |
I recently cancelled an order from Amazon.in and they initiated refund of ₹386 on 24/07/2020. They said amount will be reflected in 3-5 days in my bank account. Yesterday I got a mail related to my refund that has a order reference no. i.e. Refund Reference # 30005402070206164840991 And 29/07/2020 is the last date for the reflection of amount in my bank account, But till now no amount has been reflected in my account. When I complaint Amazon they said amount has been initiated from our side please contact your bank customer service, they said no such amount has been initiated towards our bank. I contacted Amazon.in three times and Canara Bank customer service no. i.e. [protected] two times. Everytime they said this is not our issue. Then whose issue is this? I'm contacting continuosly for Small amount of ₹386. They're not helping me. Please help me and solve my problem immediately. I'm hoping a immediate response from your side.
