Canara Bank — refund status from amazon | |||||
I purchased a product from amazon on 10th june 2020, using my canara bank net banking system. The item i did not receive and asked for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 17th july 2020 and stated that the refund will reflect in my account within 5-7 business day. Still it is not reflecting in my account. They have provided the refund reference number-igaitpqdc4. I had contacted your customer service number of the branch but did not get satisfactory response. Please check and confirm the status.
