Canara Bank — refund still not reverted to my bank | |||||
On 28th of dec.2017, i did online shopping amounting rs.3099/- through amazon and my order got canceled due to some reason. As i contacted customer care service of amazon and they told me that my refund is processed. They also told me that the above mentioned amount will be credited in my account by 9th of jan.2017 but till today i haven't received the same. I have contacted y bank and the bank staff told me that they can't do anything. And advised me to contact amazon customer care service. As i contacted that they send this refund reference number: 355005. Please help!!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
