Canara Bank — refund stuck by canara bank. amazon provided a reference number. | |||
Hi, this is Rinaldo D'Souza. I placed an order on Amazon on 17th February 2019, however I cancelled the order due to several reasons. On calling Amazon Customer care, they've said the refund is initiated from their end and a reference number has been provided. I spoke to the Canara Bank Customer Service team but they couldn't help me. Asking me to visit the bank to have my problem resolved. On visiting the bank I've been told that they can't help me either. Please help me, I have the reference number provided by Amazon. Was this information helpful? | |||
