Canara Bank — refunding my money

Address:Jaipur, Rajasthan

I purchased shoes from amezon 26th january 2020 and i didn't like it so i returned it from my debit card. The refund was about to come on 31th january but didn't. I called to the amezon service to enquiry my refund. They are saying that we have intiated my refund to my account but bank is refusing to agree it. Su i plead that please take a good decision to help me

pleas solve my problem as soon as posible because amazon customer care says they have refund my money but bank customer care says they did not get any money from the amazon
