Canara Bank — regarding a refund from amazon

I purchased a product on amazon on 16 january 2020 using my canara bank debit card but due to some reason i had to cancel my order and i asked them for a refund of rs 427. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 17th january 2020, maximum time frame was of 5 days but still it has not 🐝 reflested into my account. They had provided me a reference number as 75503720019037061678353. I had contacted your customer care service number, not only they aren't giving a proper response but they are being rude as well, hence i'm mailing you. Please check and confirm the refund status if your response is going to be worse in mail also i'm sorry but i'll be forced to file in banking ombudsman
