Canara Bank — regarding transaction of 20000 thousand from my account

Sir i have used my atm card for transaction of 2500 but transaction was not successful. But after five minutes i go to icici atm and withdrawl the amount of 2500rs. But when i see my account there was also a transaction of twenty thousand from my account. So i have a request to you to see in this matter at the earliest. And help me as soon as possible. I will be very thankful to you

I made transaction for amount of 5000 on 03/11/2017.

Amount is deducted from my account but not credited to another person.

Iam not understanding why it is happening frequently.
Please process it and credit the same .

I swipe in pos machine for 2500/- the transaction is timeout but my account is debit I register my complain to the branch 20 days past but money is not return
