Canara Bank — Reimbursment of money debited during net-banking | |||||
Dear Sir/Mam, Here I, Kuldeep Jaiswal, am writing regarding the amount (Rs 3500) that has been debited from my account number[protected] on 13-Oct-2016 during net banking. I have booked two tickets of Haryana Roadways bus through net banking but transaction failed. However, the money got deducted from my account. The details of the tickets are: TECHPROC[protected] and TECHPROC[protected]. I have contacted bank authorities and they have tried to resolve the issue but failed. Bank manager has been very supportive and is constantly helping me in solving the problem. I have all the applications that have been mailed to above authorities regarding the same.
