Canara Bank — Reverse the amount which was wrongly debited | |||
Ref. : Current Account No.[protected] With reference to the above, I made online payment of Rs.6664.00 on 22.05.2021 to Tangedco for electricity bill charges. It was not credited in the account and hence I made the payment of Rs.6664.00 on 22.05.2021 for the second time. Even though it was not credited and hence I made the payment through other bank on 24.05.2021 and it has been credited in Tangedco account. When I downloaded the statement of my account of Canara Bank, I came to know that the amount of Rs.6664.00 was debited twice, i.e., total amount Rs.13328.00 was debited from my account on 22.05.2021. Neither message nor mail has been received regarding these transactions. As it was not credited in Tangedco account, kindly arrange to re-credit the amount Rs.13328.00 immediately to my account. I herewith enclosing the photo of Tangedco statement dated 16.06.2021, in which the amount of Rs.6664/- was credited on 24.05.2021 whereas I paid the amount through other Bank.
