Canara Bank — RUPAY Debit Card Contactless service not working

Sir,
I am using RUPAY ATM Debit Card provided by Canara Bank which is having chip and CONTACTLESS symbol on it but contactless facility is not working nor showing on my CANDI app provided by bank. Please do the needful as I am using this card most in all my transactions. I have complained in the branch but they couldn't help me.

I a have also similar RUPAY debit card provided by PNB but it is my salaried account so I can not use much. It is having contactless facility which works fine from day one.
