I am not able to login to the student portal o[censored]GC NET JRF fellowship. I was using it earlier but now i forgot password so tried resetting with "forgot password". But it is showing "Could not process the Forget Password request".

I am not able to login to the student portal for ugc net fellowship. But it is showing the wrong details, which is not the case.
Since the time the student portal is updated, after fellowship data transferred to universities; i have not seen if the portal was allowing the login or not. Before this it was not the case, i was able to see all my details of the fellowship documents uploaded, payments, etc.
I also tried registering but the same error., please look into this matter
