ISSUES: (i) TDS on cash withdrawal during 2020-21 is not justified. may be reimbursed.
(ii) TCS cetificates (4 nos.) under section206C of IT act1961 may be issued.
(iii) Address reuested through KYC may be changed for all transactions uniformly. It still shows old address in Delivery report for SWIFT
I) I have sent money abroad four times for education of child during FY2021-22 through Pusa New Delhi 110012 branch. And have filled up A2 cum LRS form. Tax at source has been deducted every time but TCS certificate has not been issued nor is it getting reflected in my 26AS for AY2022-23.
It is requested that the TCS certificate may be provided at my ID : [protected]@yahoo.co.in
2) TDS has been deducted on every cash withdrawal during FY2020-21 ! I have not withdrawn cash 3 lakhs during 2020-21 and am a regular income tax payee being a govt servant. As per section 194N, TDS on cash withdrawal can only be deducted if cash withdrawn exceeds Rs 1 crore for a person filing ITR regularly.
It is requested that TDS may be refunded back to me at the earliest.
3) I have requested for address change through KYC form. Address has been changed for some purposes eg. issue of cheque book etc but not at other places such as foreign transactions.
It is requested that address may uniformly be changed in all bank transactions/ log books etc. Was this information helpful? |
