Canara Bank — transaction cancelled but amount has been deducted from my account | |||
I have made a transaction on 25/09/2019 at 7:48pm of amount Rs3600 in phone pe app but the transaction has cancelled due to bank server problem from bank but later amount has been deducted from my account. But not received to receiver and amount has not even refunded to my account . I contacted phone pe customer care they are saying that bank has not sent us the amount debited so contact our bank even they are careless and even I contacted the canara bank customer care no response and I went near my branch and they are saying that we have sent money but phone pe is holding and even I checked the pass book they amount debited has been recorded with same upi ref number i[censored] contact bank they are saying on phone pe even I contact phone pe they are saying on bank I'm suffering it it's not small amount Was this information helpful? | |||
