To Whom it may concern Dear Sir/Madam Sub: Transaction failure / money debited from account This is in regard to a transaction failure for an online purchase from Flipkart using online Canara net-banking facility. I had initiated an online transaction on 18-09-16 at around 8:00AM, which got failed and an error message appeared on the screen. Though the transaction was incomplete, an amount of Rs 971/- was debited from my account. I have already sent an online complaint on 20 September 2016 in this regard at [protected]@canara bank and also submitted a written complaint (hard copy) to concerned branch at IIT Guwahati campus. Since then I have made complain 3 times to all concern authority (around 5 and half month), I have inquired in this matter about 4-5 times but still the matter has not been resolved. Please do something in this regard and resolve the matter ASAP.
