Sir my ac no. [protected] i have done debit card swipe on 01.01.2017 at 03.45 pm around.the transaction is failed but the amount of 5397 is debited from my account. i have the transaction failed silp also. sir plz take my complaint amd revert my amount to my account. plz consider that i am not in my hometown i am out of station so i cant go to the bank directly but i contacted through phone to the Customer care. sir plz take my complaint and do the favour.
