Canara Bank — Transaction problem | |||
Deer sir I am kamalesh maurya. My account no. Is[protected] in naini allahabad uttar pradesh branch. I am registered for passport in passport seva kendra from on line. My arn number is[protected]. I had sent on line transaction, but transaction is failed and amount deducted from my account. That is done two time. Transaction detail are:- 1. Arn no.[protected] Transaction id 17698510 Amount 1512.75 Date 06/03/2017 2. Arn no.[protected] Transection id 03946978 Amount 1512.75 Date 07/03/2017 At 27/03/2017, both failed amount had refunded in my account, but at 15/04/2017 both transaction again transfered it self to passport seva kenrda. Although i am already successfully done that transaction from other banks at 07/04/2017 and finally i received my passport but failed amount will not be refunded till now. Ir, i had complained this problem at my branch naini allahabad but there is no responce. Ir, please check my problem and refund my amount. Thanku. Was this information helpful? | |||
