Canara Bank — transaction unsuccessful but amount debited, and has not been refunded. | |||
Myself thejas, account holder at canara bank hunsur branch. Two of my payments amounting ₹3470 and ₹410 made online using debit card turned out to be unsuccessful despite the amount being debited from my sb account[protected]. The bookings have been cancelled due to non payment and it was confirmed by respective payment gateways. March 1st: ₹3470 payment for airasia turned out unsuccessful despite the amount was debited. March 2nd: ₹410 payment for online. Sai.org was unsuccessful despite the amount was debited. The sms from bank for both deductions have been received. I raised issue with both payment gateways and learnt that they have not received any payments. So i want to know what needs to be done and when will the money credited back to my account? Hoping for speedy redressal as i have experienced inordinate delays in customer support in the previous instances as well. Was this information helpful? | |||
