Canara Bank — unable to view ppf statement

Address: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

I have opened a ppf account in my nearest branch (On august-2019) and made a initial deposit. But i am unable to view my statement by any means, whenever i try to check my statement it always says "your ppf account is not linked with your casa account". I have even registered a complaint through my branch, but even after 2 months it wasn't solved. Since a person can open only one ppf account i have no option to look for it in other providers. Kindly help me through this.
