Canara Bank — unknown account linked with my mobile no

An account no[protected] is linked with my mobile no [protected] is not my account. His or hir who so ever’s messages of their transactions come on my mobile so plzz remove my mobile no from that account mentioned above . Due to this i am unable to link my account to other apps and also i am unable to create an mpin which is required to use BHIM app also
