I order a product on amazon on 25th july 2020 using my master card debit card *5516 but i cancelled the order the next day. So amazon issued refund on 28th july 2020 and sent me
Mail of the reference number.

It's been more than a week after the refund issued by amazon but still it has not yet reflected in my bank account. When i contact the canara bank customer care they said they could check the reference number.
But amazon customer care are saying that they issued the amount.
I have already contacted canara bank customer care to solve this issue but there is no use. Please resolve it and credit my refund into my account. Plz, help me. Diwali festival will be coming soon. I have needed my amount. Plz, help me as soon as possible.
