In my cibil report shows that there is an active consumer loan for an amount of Rs. 10, 000/- and CFL Capital Financial Services is a credit grantor. But i didn't have any such consumer loan. Hence, I request you to kindly close the irrelevant account from my cibil report.

Hi, It is showing in my CIBIL report that I have taken consumer loan from CAPFLOAT from Oct 2021, I just checked my CIBIL report and noticed that I didn't applied for any consumer loan in the past at all and I don't pay for the loan as well. And showing current balance is 4000 something and the account status is showing 'Active'. My CIBIL score has got affected due to unpaid installment since May 2023.

Account number which is showing JHU21E[protected]

This seems to me the scam. Please, requesting you to close the loan account immediately (loan cancellation request) and share with me the NOC details as soon as possible. Otherwise, I would have to go to the RBI Ombudsman grievance redressal for the same.

I want to draw your attention that my FDR No - C[protected] of Rs 100000 (Rupees One Lakh only) matured on 22.9.2000.
I have received 2 installment but still my maturity and interest is pending. Last installment received was on 16.12.2009 which accordingly as per the Hon'ble company law Board's all the repayment should be cleared by 31.12.2012.
Therefore I request you to consider my problem and resolve it at earliest.

I have used capital Float financial services on make my trip website for booking tickets earlier before I have paid 1730 as an Emi now again the Recovery Agent is visiting address and I told him that I does not stay on that address anymore because of family conflicts now this Agent is visiting again and again there and forcing my family and brother to call me I promise I will clear it soon but if it will repeat again I will report it to nearest police station please take care of this Recovery agent if this guy will behave like this and use slang language I will not going to pay any amount below is the contact no. Now that Karvy is not handling shares and hence we have transferred our demat accounts to HDFC securities, for purpose of capital gains calculation, we need the date of purchase and the cost of purchase of shares which have been transferred to HDFC securities. This data will not be available with HDFC securities since they were bought when the accounts were held with Karvy.
On writing to Karvy, they sent link to their back office server which was not accessible and could not give the desired data. Their office is also closed and hence no contact possible.
Kindly do the needful.

The above said Easy Buy Card was blocked since two years and i have given number of complaints, but no response from your side.
