Hi,
I have been with canfin for 2014 t0 2018 for my housing loan. I have preclosed my loan in 2018 and requested bank to collect my sale deed and docs to handover my father with my authentication but they refused. When i returned back to india in 2019 and requested for documents, they are charging for documents storage.
I am ok for it but the problem is
1 why dont bank officials not mentioned about it last year when i sent my father to bank with authentication
2 bank representative not answered any of the question and i have mail proofs on their delay responses
3. Bank representative on 24 dec when i visited to bank, he is saying they will not inform about charges when we request but will inform only when actual person who returns to india and request the same.
Such a improper management and communication and uninformed charges to customer who tryst bank is not good for the health of any banking organisation.
I believe you will taje necessary steps or actions on thus scene
