We have log on compliant on dated 20.12.2017 against getting complaint no csp/20170220/724725/20/12/2017. The above we had lodged a complaint with your office in connection with the brake down of canon printer time to time but till. We regret to inform you that till writing of this letter you have neither sent your engineer for inspecting nor remedial action has been taken from your site.

I've canon 4820d multifunction printer, it shows #nopaper error whenever i place paper in drawer 1, and it shows #paperjam error whenever i place paper in upper section of drawer 1, i try all possible solutions to resolve this problem,
kindly resolve this issue...
