Service id - cd[protected] I have submitted my eos 70d dslr camera for repairing (Was not powering up) on 6th oct and experiencing worst service in my life. I never expected it from such a big brand. On 6th oct, while submitting my camera i was told by service executives that within 5-10 days i will get a call back after primary inspection however never received any call. Though on oct 10th, i got a email notification that the work is in progress however after that no email. I sent few reminders and then on oct 18th i got a reply that "we will be sharing estimated cost shortly" however till today that 'shortly' never happened. I sent several reminders on email however no one responded. I called service centers 3 times and every time they said we are escalating it and you will receive a call back within 24 hour but never received. I am highly frustrated with the way this mumbai canon service center is working. I have no clue what is happening with my camera. Diwali is coming up and i need my camera but looks like that is not gonna happen. I request senior canon management team to tighten up the service workflow. No one can blindly wait.
