Sir, I have purchased canon pixma mg2570 inkjet printer in 2016 it worked well for 5 to 6 months and after that the scanner is not working if i tried to scan a document. The cartridge is empty. Does scanner work only with the cartridge to scan or is there any procedure to do it. I have uninstalled and re-installed the software but it doesn't work pls help me Was this information helpful? | |||
