[Resolved] Canon India — Complaint registered but no solution provider

I have complain for repairing of my canon pixma g2000 inkjet printer on 20 december 2016 my ticket id is 20161220/348295.
But still the service engineer was not send by canon company ther service is poor very bad my printer was in warranty period then they gave this service when it was out of warranty then what... So please resolve my problem and try to give best service to customers thank you.
