Canon India — Delay in getting part of printer MF 235 | |
Sir, We booked complaint thru customer care no. on 6.8.21 & your engineer visited our office within 24 hrs to check printer. we were very happy & thought that our printer repaired very soon. We approved the Printer repairing quotation received from your authorised service center CPS Solutions, Kalyan on 7.8.21 (CSP/20210806/2430523). We assume within a week our printer problem is solve but till today required parts are not receive thru your company. Our major work stop because of printer. On your company site show that part will get upto 19th sept. 21. We have TWO printers of Canon & both are not working properly. Service center owner not pick up the phone also.
