Dear sir., on april 2016 we brought pixma ink jet printer g2000 series and now it showing error message on power on of this computer the message like (5b00 error code) and message like
"because th ink may leak or do not tilt the printer when moving it" - sir please resolve and send technician to resolve this error sir its urgent ok thanking you..,
