Canon India — print not clearly

Dear sir/mam,

I am laxmikanta sahoo from chandabali, odisha, india. I have purchase cannon pixma g4000 on date 30-jun-2017 at 13:02 from tanisha's e world, bhubaneswar. Now my printer was not properly working and not print clearly.
I am facing this problem many time but i have no choice what to do. So please solve those issues as soon as possible.

The printer is not able to print in colour any more, were as we can do a black nd white print from the same, the ink cartridge is new and have enough ink in it.
