Canon India — purchase confirmation not yet received | |||||
Recently i got an offer in a fb page like discounts on canon cameras, first i tatut its a prank but later on i entered that page and found the canon logo and decided that the website is genuineand great offer. I proceed to place an order in that website and the amount was also deducted in my card. Buy i can see the ststus is still proceessing. And there is no furether communication from the website nor any confomration message nor any mail. Seriously this is frustrating and i complained to the canon customer care and they say this is not a canon website. If it is not a canon website then why the logo is canon for that website.
