We the new hope medical centre pvt.ltd, Port Blair had bought Canon Pixma multifunction printer model 2313C018 in the month of October 18 and still in warranty. The scanner of the printer is defective from 13/01/19.When we scan the half portion of the scanned document is printing black.I need to rectify the Printer as the printer is in warranty.
