[Resolved]  Canon — Regarding service & commitment

I have purchase a camera (Canon PowerShot SX700) & one extra battery from your shop at Adda Market Complex, G.T.Road, Opp-City Bus Stand, Asansol-713301 on dated 18.07.2014 by cash. But after few days I notice that one battery does not backup properly, and then I inform to your staff at shop. They have commit to change of those battery.
