[Resolved] Canon — service not given | |||
sir i bought a Mfd 4820D from Sharp Intergarted Bueru Ambala City in Dec 2013. It works very well upto 62000 copies. No trouble at all. but now is prints very slow. it takes too much times 2 or 3 copies. i c omplintents about it many times. Every times Engineer( Chandigarh) . says it is Product feature to avoid overheating without seeing the machine . may be some another defect. Duplex also not working. if it is a feature where it was upto 62000 copies. it is just a excuses. service to sahi. i am a very old customer of canon MFD 520D, Canon 4050, Canon 2420l i am using.
