Canon — Too Bad and Insulting Behaviour

Behaviour was too bad and insulting in the Canon-ImageSquare showrooms of Nager Bazar and South City mall. They called us and then insulted badly, just because we asked them to show a model (Canon-600D) and a lense, but haven't bought it. I think some steps should be given. They can't force a customer to buy a product, they r bound to attain customers and show some models, and they can't insult customers if they don't buy that product from their showroom.
