I had purchased a winter jacket of around 5000 Rs at company showroom located in gopalpura jaipur but the quality of the jacket is very poor and I highly disappointed from it now I want my hard earned money back from CANTABIL 😡😡

I had purchased a winter jacket of around 5000 Rs but the quality of this jacket is very poor as you can see in attachment.
These 5000 Rs are very hard earned money for me and I trust on CANTABIL but highly disappointed from the quality.

I want to give 0 star but its not there..Very bad quality and experience.. even the staff has not sense how to talk with customer.. salseman MR.YANDRAVADAN PARAMAR he doesn't have the sense and manner how to handle costumer even he was not giving bill.i got one jeans in gift when i went for the change size they showed there real color nd rudely behave . the salesmen attitude like he is the owner of cantabil and .for the length cutting also he was asking extra charges.. don't buy anything from this shop and as per prize quality is not good.

I bought jeans two days ago Being small in size I went to change and Treated me very badly behaviour customer..Never buy even a small tie from this shop. Very bad experience

Dear Respectable Cantabil and its honourable users,
I bought just recently a costly leather jacket from Cantabil. The collors and shoulder tops are eroding like dust. Very very poor quality.
I will share the ugly shape of the jackets's photo on social sites.

I have purchased two jeans & 3 trousers from the store whice placed in beawar, Rajasthan
Quality of product was so poor
Its faded in only one wash
Waste of money
& I talked to store manager he said there is no warranty & guarantee on product u can file a complaint online
May be they can resolved the problem
I think this is total money waste...
I Never suggest anyone to buy anything from this big brands lower products

Did purchase a lower which was little larger according to my size, that's why next day I visited showroom for the product replacement than they clearly denied to replace the same, by stating that we don't have size. So asked them to replace with other product because I am ready to pay extra amount. But

I bought 2 shirts and a pant from cantabil and they also added GST 12% after the discounts which I feels to be cheated...

I bought jeans and shirts on 19/11/2021 discount of purchase 2 items and get 5.As non availability of two items (jeans)as per size Rs.3199 and 2399 they assured in writing that items are in pending and may be supplied as they receive in stocks, now they have denied and giving an inferior items, still Kindly make some arrangements.

This is to inform you that few days back I visit your showroom at Rajouri your staff at billing counter was soo rude and this is the pathetic experience I have ever had at your place. I liked oneof your product very much firstly your staff told us that's it's under offer you can purchase 5 items after some time your another staff arrived and told us that this is not under offer this is fresh arrival you can get...

This is to inform. You that being frequent purchaser I use to purchase cantabil products like shirts and shirts from pitampura store. Last purchased shirt was found completely ripped and destroyed being old stock. Firstly I was it was torn from collor so I get is ruffueee but tje person told that shirt cloth is in bad condition and look bery old stock so it being turned and Damaged or ripped again and again . If tje shirt was very old then was same was sold . Pls revert

Today I visited cantabil store. I select my pent and shirt then they asked money for alterations and I am ok with that. but on other hand he didn't charge a single penny for his friend alter. This partiality with costumer is not good. please take any legal action as soon as possible.

I m not satisfied with your staff service my wife purchased 5 shirts from the store at Nirman vihar vikas marg opposite v3s new delhi. After 2 days i visit the store for size change from 40 to 38 but the manager said today i dnt have 38 size in white formal and come back after 3...4 days than i visit the store again after 4 days than he also tell me the same and now i visited the store for 5 times in 1 nd half month but the problem is same I m so irate with your service and my problem is not resolved yet

I have buy one suite from Cantabil Crystal mall Rajkot Gujrat on 07 July 2021 and after 5 to 6 days wearing of this suite, thread stars to coming out from blaze arm when i complained same against this thing on store by telephonic then store manager told to me that visit in our store and we will check.Very next days when i visit at store then store manager told to me that its a genuine fault and its manufacturing fault so we will replace it...

You Change Those T-Shirts Or Money Return.

I recently bought a Pant from Cantabil store (Mahipalpur Extn), and the colour of the Pant faded in just 1 wash and I am very disappointed with the Quality.
I will be very thankful if you can do needful by replacing the product.

I had purchased a swear shirt from your Vaishalinagar Ajmer store on 03/01/2021 and after wearing a single time pilling was visible on the product. I had returned the product to Vaishalinagar Ajmer store for replacement complaining the same.
