Dear Concern,
I am using Cantabil from so many years but this time i got faulty product i bought lower for my dad on father's day after some wash it become faded.It is the time where i am in doubt or thinking to switch.Kindly look into and change the product.

5 days ago i went to cantabill, vaishali nagar, ajmer(raj) store to buy the clothes. I have shopping of more than Rs 10, 000 and they take a photograph o[censored]s with there store members. I took one jeans and one trouser and ask them to do alteration by themselves.They said that they will do aleration and fitting of the two items by themselves when i did the shopping but when today i went there to take my alter jeans back. They refuse there words and asked for the alteration charges they said they don't know when they tell us or behave that they even dont know us or seeing first time.
So i am very disagree with the cantabill and i face this thing first time in my life.
So i want to file a complaint regarding it so no other customer get the same thing.The owner and staff all are rude and so i want my refund or give again all my clothes to them because i dont want to buy anything from falso shop like this.
I hope you can do your action fast and look for the best

I bought 3 shirts and 2 trousers with Invoice No MR[protected] but when i asked for 2 shirts in return of 2 trousers storekeeper denied citing it as company policy but behind their invoice it is mentioned that goods can be exchanged within 7 days and i approached within 7 days for exchange.

Yesterday 18/08/2022 i was purchased the clothes from cantabil rajpura store i am dimand 34 waste pent but Store keeper billing 38 waste finally i reached home and i see this after 2 hours when i go to store the store keeper abuse me n said that product never exchange.cantabil policy on the back of Bill they exchange in 7 day's.i am humbled request plz change it.

I have bought pack of 3 tshirt men.
The size of the t-shirts ( M - size ) is not as mentioned. The length is 26 instead of 27 and chest is 38 instead of 40.
I have been buying these tshirt from past 2 years never experienced such a size issues.
The medium size that I got this time is somewhat tight.
The company is not offering return or exchange policy.
Please look at the matter

This is Kiran I recently purchased some shirts in discounted offer in cantabill branch at Saharanpur. After going home I tried all in that I found 2 shirts are under size and I decided to exchange and I went to shop next day they said we are busy come later I again went to the shop with my undersize shirts, tax bills and in that I missed one shirt tag in travel and I requested them I have tax bill so kindly allow me for exchange and even not and mis behave on me by throwing shirt in front of me and talk rudely and I feel very sad in front of my colleagues. So kindly consider my complaint and take action on The same guy who is in billing counter and allow me for exchange. While doing jobs like in such reputed branch cantabill they have polite ness on customer we are wonder while seeing his attitude on that time . The date I reached shop is on 09-06-22 at 12.15 pm .

Ho team i bought few shirts from cantabil gurgaon factory outlet wherein i just saw one of the shirt is having a hole in the back side and when i called the store manager he said they use to sell thesenkind of products because it was on sale..i do have his call recording eho has stated this thst they knew that shirt was defective even though they sold out to me.

I have bought a shirt from cantabil surat 8-9 months, but it's not fitting me well. Recently I have shifted to Ahmedabad. But due to COVID, I couldn't make out to return the product.
I request you to exchange or return the shirt.
I hope you understand my problem.

I purchased a suit from cantabil outlet Mahendragarh. Initially staff show the new piece of suit and in packing he gives a old suit. Plz resolve it by change it or make my money refund.

We did shopping for ₹9096 and spoke to the manager about exchanging the size for one of the items (blazer CB[protected]. When we went back within 24 hrs, manager said the size wasn’t available and he wouldn’t refund the money also. We want the same blazer and no other items as we have done all the shopping. Can you please get us the refund of ₹2499. Thanks

I had purchased a winter jacket of around 5000 Rs at company showroom located in gopalpura jaipur but the quality of the jacket is very poor and I highly disappointed from it now I want my hard earned money back from CANTABIL 😡😡

I want to give 0 star but its not there..Very bad quality and experience.. even the staff has not sense how to talk with customer.. salseman MR.YANDRAVADAN PARAMAR he doesn't have the sense and manner how to handle costumer even he was not giving bill.i got one jeans in gift when i went for the change size they showed there real color nd rudely behave . the salesmen attitude like he is the owner of cantabil and .for the length cutting also he was asking extra charges.. don't buy anything from this shop and as per prize quality is not good.

I bought jeans two days ago Being small in size I went to change and Treated me very badly behaviour customer..Never buy even a small tie from this shop. Very bad experience

Dear Respectable Cantabil and its honourable users,
I bought just recently a costly leather jacket from Cantabil. The collors and shoulder tops are eroding like dust. Very very poor quality.
I will share the ugly shape of the jackets's photo on social sites.

I have purchased two jeans & 3 trousers from the store whice placed in beawar, Rajasthan
Quality of product was so poor
Its faded in only one wash
Waste of money
& I talked to store manager he said there is no warranty & guarantee on product u can file a complaint online
May be they can resolved the problem
I think this is total money waste...
I Never suggest anyone to buy anything from this big brands lower products

Did purchase a lower which was little larger according to my size, that's why next day I visited showroom for the product replacement than they clearly denied to replace the same, by stating that we don't have size. So asked them to replace with other product because I am ready to pay extra amount. But

I bought 2 shirts and a pant from cantabil and they also added GST 12% after the discounts which I feels to be cheated...
