I have been your customer at the himyathnagar showroom @ hyderabad since its inception stage. I appreciate the efforts you have taken for renovation of your showroom in the recent past. I have recommended your products to my friends also.
Now coming to the point, i had purchased few pants & shirts from the above showroom, during the sale & offers. Whenever i purchase the least would be not less than 5-6 garments. During the earlier purchase prior to the recent purchase (Bill no 0425138, 0424565, 0425107) etc i had purchased few trousers & shirts. The two linen trousers has colour faded only on the thigh part on both the pants.
When i complained to your [protected]@ the hyd showroom they told me bring the garment to the showroom. Even after noticing such defects my faith on cantabil
has never faded & i purchased 8 (Eight) trousers again. I handed over the faded pants to your showroom person
in the presence of your manager mr naveen on 04 th june 2017. I was given the version by your manager that the defected products will be sent to the company @ delhi and required will be done.
Today 21st august 2017, i happened to pass your showroom, wherein i stopped to enquire the status of the goods i handed over. Ironically i was surprised when they said they have received the courier. They took the cover from beneath under one of the shelves from the showroom stating that the company returned the goods as it is not possible since it is has crossed more than 45 days of time. Please make me understand if that was the case why did you recieve it to sent to the company. Sir, i was told the courier has been sent to your company, when i put my question of doubt that you guys have not sent to the company and your statement is false. They claimed that the courier cover was damaged. Within fraction of minutes your manager who earlier said he received the courier, changed the version & in a different tone and said i took the parcel personally to delhi & brought back on my return. Let me also place this in record the poly bag of raymond stores where i had given the trousers for inspection to your company was given back to me in the same manner with accumulation of dust. This shows your staff ingenuinity in handling customer 's genuine problems. My bottom line is that your hr dept should teach your staff to teach intelligent lies.
I was shocked to hear such different versions. Considering my position & stature this two trousers will not burn a hole in my pocket, but my trust & belief like a company of yours is shattered. Please do consider this incident as a matter of correctional methods not to displease other customers. If the need arises you may collect the garment to verify the facts & defects in the fabric.
