I purchased 6 nos. Shirts

Maximum use 4-5 days only
But shirts damage (Dhage in all out) in back side very cheaper quality
I told canabil outlet this types of problems
He saying's me only 45 refundable time
So i i am not a responsible person
So you complaint on cantabil website only
I saying 2000/-ruppes 1 shirts in use 4-5 days only after damage
It's very cheaper quality and cheating to the customer
So request please replace my shirts

    I am complaint about cantabil jeans

    We have purchased a jeans 1st time of cantabil brand. 12.02.18 from cantabil showroom, vaisali nagar, jaipur rajasthan.
    But my experience is not about jeans quality, because jeans is after one washing colour is completely felled.
    I am not satisfied with your product quality.
    I will thank full to you i[censored] can do something in favour of me.

    I have buy three trousers and two shirts in crown interior mall at faridabas in the offer buy three and get two free.. All cloth stuff is very bad. I have spent around 6700.00 The quality and Stuff was very bad as they have confirmed. .. really very bad experience will never go with Brand of Cantabile these guys just to show interest for selling the product

      I have purchased a cantabile shirt for my office from kamla nagar market, delhi. Shirt stuff is so so bad that only after two weeks color is fading away even after washing gently with hands. Also wrinkles are so high that even after doing iron also wrinkles are not going. I had purchased so costly shirt of rs. 1700 first time and experience is so so bad... Pathetic cloths.. I have attached photos also of the condition of the shirt, it is been washed alone with hands and still see the color what has happened to such an expensive shirt. I want a replacement or my full money refund otherwise i will raise this to the bigger platform.

        Dear sir,

        This is in regards of your outlet of nallasopara west. With respect to the purchase of 3 shirts and pants, i was been advised to buy 30 waist pant and unloose it by 1 inch so that it may fit properly and they did it buy themselves resulting to the shabbiest ever look of my trousers. After complaining to the number given on your website, my two trousers are being replaced but 1 trouser is still pending, wherein your salesman states that one pant which is manfactured once, is never manufactured in the same brand again.
        Need your clarification on this, as this is not acceptableat all. During wedding function at our native place they have made me run, wasting my time and money for travelling all the way from village to your shop and to go back again. Who is responsible for all those expense and on top of that you fool to your customers in such a way. I have been a regular customer of your brand since 2013.

            Date of incident: 25-mar-2018, invoice no:zw03-03523, date of purchase: 17-feb-2018. Today i've visited the cantabil shop located in ground floor, sahara mall. The store manager refused to take any replacement for my purchased blazer even if it is under cantabil replacement policy of replacing item within 45 days.
            The store manager in turn suggested me to buy 2 shirts in replacement of my blazer purchased. I said it's ok even if it's amount exceeds the the replacement orders price. But when i asked him to give me the original bill in return for payment done he then refused and asked me to transfer the exceeded amount charged against the orders not in the cantabil paytm no. But some other paytm mobile no. Secondly after some time he then refused to purchase the order then told to come on monday and will sort the thing.
            How terrific the thing is!!! The cantabil store manager is behaving unprofessionally to its customers.
            I was a keen customer of cantabil but now i got to know i was wrong.
            I need replacement/refund back for my order from cantabil.

              Hello,
              There was elastic issue in my jegging, black colour which i purchased from your kamla nagar outlet new delhi. The product is your new addition. I went to the store for alteration on 21 jan 2018 and they said they will alter that and return me back within 2-3 days. I went to the store after 4 days they said it's in our head office, i again visited and made number of calls to. On 4 feb 2018 i went to the store, owner sachin yadav said it's delay from our end and we will you give tomorrow i. E 5 feb 2018 by evening. I come to showroom today again but they said store it is still in our head office kindly come after few days.

              This is the way you treat your customer?

                Dear concern,

                2 days back i bought a shirt from cantabil hisar i was in bit hurry n could not able to check the shirt. When i opened the shirt i found it defected. When i went to replace the shirt the store manager refused to replace the shirt and used unparliamentary language. Which is against the ethic.

                Will not recommend any one to buy product from cantabil. Neither they have the good product nor the professional staff.

                I have the left the shirt at shop only. I don’t want to use the product of this kind of brand

                  Complaining about cantabil women's showroom, v3s mall, nirman vihar:
                  I've had a pathetic experience shopping from this place! I bought a jeans from here and made a mistake for buying another one after sometime, but apparently they complained about not receiving the same article again. Apparently my mother bought it in my absence believing that it would offer the same quality but apparently not! When they could've easily offered a return! Pathetic it really is. Such a big company acting childishly.

                    I have bought a dark blue shirt from Cantabil, GIP, Noida of 1999INR.
                    After first wash, the white patches appeared on the shirt. I have returned the shirt to the showroom. They have given me one week time, after one week no action taken against this. It's like my 1999 INR wasted. This is not acceptable from a Brand like Cantabil. I want my payment back.

                      Dear cantabil
                      I purchased 6 jeans from your store but one jeans color has been een faded away. When i went for return at 17day they said use for fewmore days as there is 45 days return policy when i went at 41 day they were not accepting return.
                      When i asked them to compare this defective jeans with another same fresh sample of jeans they again refused to compare.
                      We are not interested in comedy as rest 5 jeans are good but for 6th one how they are thinking us as fools, they dont know how to behave professionally with customers.
                      I hadleft my jeans there and asked them to send it at higher concern but when i went last day again there bad attitude was same
                      So please do reply firat then solve next.

                          I bought 5 items from cantabil and i usually buy from them, but on 13th nov 2017, i bought and next day i asked them to give me an refund for the 2 items as i dont require it any more, so in case of listening to my query they are bluffing with me for the same. When i m saying that i dont need then how come cantabil can refuse to pay me back for the items which i am returning...

                            Purchased the girl top, the shirt color fades, the shirt submitted to store at rohtak for replacement, but store in charge said that the shirt couldn't be replaced due to purchased more than 45 days, this is not mentioned in the your bill, the shirt was returned after two washing and the color fades, i am the regular customer of cantabil, but this is not acceptable that the color fades in a month and couldn't replacement, see the matter and please replace the shirt.

                              I have been your customer at the himyathnagar showroom @ hyderabad since its inception stage. I appreciate the efforts you have taken for renovation of your showroom in the recent past. I have recommended your products to my friends also.
                              Now coming to the point, i had purchased few pants & shirts from the above showroom, during the sale & offers. Whenever i purchase the least would be not less than 5-6 garments. During the earlier purchase prior to the recent purchase (Bill no 0425138, 0424565, 0425107) etc i had purchased few trousers & shirts. The two linen trousers has colour faded only on the thigh part on both the pants.
                              When i complained to your [protected]@ the hyd showroom they told me bring the garment to the showroom. Even after noticing such defects my faith on cantabil has never faded & i purchased 8 (Eight) trousers again. I handed over the faded pants to your showroom person in the presence of your manager mr naveen on 04 th june 2017. I was given the version by your manager that the defected products will be sent to the company @ delhi and required will be done.
                              Today 21st august 2017, i happened to pass your showroom, wherein i stopped to enquire the status of the goods i handed over. Ironically i was surprised when they said they have received the courier. They took the cover from beneath under one of the shelves from the showroom stating that the company returned the goods as it is not possible since it is has crossed more than 45 days of time. Please make me understand if that was the case why did you recieve it to sent to the company. Sir, i was told the courier has been sent to your company, when i put my question of doubt that you guys have not sent to the company and your statement is false. They claimed that the courier cover was damaged. Within fraction of minutes your manager who earlier said he received the courier, changed the version & in a different tone and said i took the parcel personally to delhi & brought back on my return. Let me also place this in record the poly bag of raymond stores where i had given the trousers for inspection to your company was given back to me in the same manner with accumulation of dust. This shows your staff ingenuinity in handling customer 's genuine problems. My bottom line is that your hr dept should teach your staff to teach intelligent lies.
                              I was shocked to hear such different versions. Considering my position & stature this two trousers will not burn a hole in my pocket, but my trust & belief like a company of yours is shattered. Please do consider this incident as a matter of correctional methods not to displease other customers. If the need arises you may collect the garment to verify the facts & defects in the fabric.

                                  Dear canatabail team

                                  I went to the cantabil showroom 48, baner rd, vascon paradise society, baner rd, vascon paradise society, pune, maharashtra 411045. I was tried few t shirts and shirts and suddenly staff told me that i can't try more than 3 garments that is the rule.

                                  So is it like that when you go to a cantabail showroom you can try only 3 garments and you have to buy then even if you did't liked it. The limit is already defined, never heard such type of foolish thing in any showroom. Please clarify if such rule exists i will advice everybody to ignore cantabail.

                                    Sir i buy some garments from ur outlet situated at 47 ub ground floor, jawahar nagar, delhi on 1/9/2017 wide bill no - yh03 — 0002349
                                    In that the offer us discount of 50+7 % its ok but they charge gst after deducting the discount. Now i have to say that in the mrp price all the tax included and when u deduct ooffer discount on the mrpprice its allready inclusive of tax gst. U never charge gst on gst but u charge 12 % gst on gst also. So this is malpractice. Also ur manager at the shop not willing to explain the same to me and said its the practice applied all over by our cantabill system. If its so thats wrong and have to be complained to the gst anytiprofitering division. I buy from other shop also under discount nobody charge extra gst. So plz clarify the problem as soon as possible.

                                      I have purchased some garments from your preet vihar store. The price mentioned on the price tag was inclusive of all taxes. The store manager has charged gst extra on the mrp mentioned on the tag. I had talk with the concern person and noted my objection on the same but he was not agreed with me and rigid to pay gst extra on mrp. How is it possible??? Also your store manager was answerless against my query.

                                      Price tags & copy of bill is enclosed herewith for your reference. Kindly give me the reason how you charged gst.

                                      I hope you will understand the situation and take serious action in this matter and refund my amount which i have paid your against your so call gst.
