I purchased a trouser from a showroom in shop no g 4 sector 18 noida. But after first wash the color of the trouser got fainted and was not in a wearable condition. I contacted the show room via telephone and they ask me to dispatch the trouser to this address cantabil internation pvt. Ltd. B-47, 1st floor, lawrence road,, industrial area new delhi - 110035. I contact show room manager but no one any right answer about my trouser.. Trouser has been submitted to g 4 sector 18 noida. Uttar pradesh.

    Respected sir/mam,
    I purchased few item your cantabil store in south extension part-2 new delhi.
    Out of those items, there was a trouser whose colour has been faded after washing, even after washing it bucket with no other cloth or any garment at that time in bucket. I took that trouser to the store in south ex-2 to which they said that some other garment's colour on it.
    Even though i told them to recheck with the company, they took that and told me that they will do the needful but they didn't. After more than two weeks when i went there to ask they said company said colour is not been faded and i am pretty sure they haven't rechecked with you. Please look towards this matter. I am buying garments from cantabil from last 7 yeas but never has such experience.

      Last month i bought 3 jeans for my son, size 38. After 2-3 washing one jeans length size reduce to 3-4 inches. I am surprised how a big brand jeans shrink in big size.         Dear Team

        I have bought a T-shirt and one Denim jeans as on 16th june'16 from one of your outlet situated at E-365, Ground Floor, Nirman vihar, delhi.

        Total bill amount was of Inr 2151/-.

        After one wash of T-shirt whole introduced into the lower front of the T-shirt.
        I donot know why this whole generated?
        If i washed a tshirt for one time and the whole generated into the cloth then we can imagine the cloth quality produced by the cantabil...
        I have return it to the owner of showroom but he refused to take it. And said company is not entertaining your problem.

        Can you pleas give me proper resolution on it?
        I want to return my tshirt and want a new one.

        I hope i will get a positive response from canatabil team.

          GST extra on discounted price

          There was a offer on 5th july 2017 (Buy 2 get 3 or 33.33% discount on each pant if you buy three pants) at CANTABIL retail india limited(Pune-baner) The MRP of one Jeans Pant was Rs.1999 and I purchased three pants the Discounted Price was Rs.3998. Rightly, I have to give Rs 3998 to them, instead they Have Charged me GST on the Discounted Price(12%) so my total bill became Rs.4478 .How can Anybody charge GST on Discounted price.This is pure...

          I purchased a t-shirt, but woobles comes out at more than two place. We contacted respective store and they refused to exchange citing 45 days period.

          Ridiculous and shameful for such company, they cheat indian by promising quality at higher cost and expect that they will wear it only for 45 days.

          If the company wish to retain its reputation, they should exchange it and increase their customer satisfaction count.

          Hope good will prevail over.

            I purchased a shirt around in last week of January 2017 and hardly I put on it 4-5 times till now. Its Color faded away and its appearance became so bad. I m a regular customer of Cantabil and never expected like this. Really very bad experience. Plz return or exchange. Please help me.

              Dear sir,

              I would like to inform you cantabil deceving the customer through false advertising and twice vat tax charged at vasai west showroom which is not good your business.
              They are showing advertising board as offer is buy 2 & get 3 shirts, when i bought 2 two shirt at cantabil showroom then they said there only one shirt is free and total are 3, it is clearly misguided to customer, hence there is not mentioned total 3 shirts on advertising board also terms and condition not showing,
              Second fraud is that when cantabil are giving free one shirt on buying 2 shirts are which are already inclusive all taxes as mentioned on price tag then they are again charged 6% vat on total price which was already included tax.
              Really it is very disappointed experience with cantabil, it is not acceptable & expected. Second time any customer will not come at their showroom for buying clothes also will not recommend cantabil.

              Note that they can make money one time from customer but they are losing trust within customer, which is not good for their business through this act, they need to change business policy and behavioral with customer. Business should with trust.

              I will never recommend cantabil is good brand to my friend and colleague.

              Kindly check and provide satisfactorily solution on this issue.
              They have to give 3 shirts free as advertised and also 6% vat tax should be refund.

                This is complaint regarding fake advertising. Cantabil store in vasai west displayed an offer on board saying 'buy 2 get 3 free' but when we bought the clothes the manager says i[censored] buy 2 you get total 3 means you only get one garment free this is fraud and action should be taken against them. I bought 2 clothes and got one cloth free but i came to store thinking i would get 3 free' that's a case of false advertising.

                  I purchased two shirts and one trouser under scheme buy 2 get 3 vide bill no. 0402269 on 28.03.17. Immediately, after making payment, I requested the sales executive to replace 1 shirt with jeans if possible and I will pay the difference. The sales exec. told that jeans cost me around Rs. 2600 but when I told him that the jeans which you have shown to me a little while ago cost around Rs. 2000. Immediately, the sales executive pretend in a manner and tried to show me that by mistake he told me that price..

                  But after talking to him it is learnt that he intensely told the wrong price of jeans to me so that I change my mind of replacing a shirt with a jeans, as jeans rates which he told me was 700 Reports. More than the shirt.

                  Further, he told me that since the clothes have been billed so it is not possible to replace shirt with jeans which I thought is nice and genuine reply...

                  My complaint is that whether I get the replacement or not that is the different issue but the sales executive who was showing a great respect to me a little while ago when I was selecting the clothes immediately changed his attitude towards me when I billed the clothes and requested him to replace one of the shirt with jeans...

                  I am a regular customer of cantabil and purchasing my clothes from cantabil showrooms only but such an attitude of the sales executive disheartened me and compelled me to think twice before purchasing my clothes from any of the showrooms of cantabil

                    I purchased Six Trousers from Cantabil store at GB-14, Ansal Crown Plaza, Sector 15-A, Faridabad vide Invoice no. VZVZ-0003107 dated 4.3.17 under the scheme " Buy 2 get One Free" on the MRP price tagged on the items. I was told by the Salesman that if you buy any Two items you will get the Third item free of the same or the lowest value amongst the Two items. I agreed and purchased Six trousers, out of which I was supposed to Pay for 4 as per the scheme offered.

                    Once I completed my payment and received the Invoice, I noticed following anomaly-
                    1. The Invoice showed a discount scheme of different %ages in different items and not as it was being promoted as "Buy 2 get One Free".
                    2. The items were charged at MRP ( which includes VAT as per W&M rules) and after discount again VAT of 5.25 % was charged on each item.
                    3. Logically since the scheme was being promoted on MRP listing as "Buy 2 get One Free", my net amount payable should have been Rs 9096/- after reducing the MRP of Two lowest cost items of Rs. 2299 and Rs 1899 respectively, out of the Total 6 items costing Rs. 13294. But actually I was charged extra VAT amount of Rs. 477.56 and had to pay Rs. 9573.56 instead of Rs.9096.
                    4. How can the company charge double Tax once you have already charged the customer at MRP which incudes VAT.
                    5. Either company should promote the scheme as discount scheme on purchase of three items and not as "Buy 2 get One Free" or charge on MRP for 2 items and show the 3rd item ( of either same or lowest price) free in the Invoice itself. You cannot promote a scheme as "Buy 2 get One Free", on MRP and then prepare the Invoice in different fashion and charge VAT twice from the customer.
                    6. Since the scheme being promoted by the store says "Buy 2 get One Free", I should be refunded my extra VAT amount of Rs.477.56 since it is already included in the MRP's mentioned on each item.
                    7. Moreover, when I wanted to explain the logic and try to understand from the Salesman at the store about why the billing is being done in wrong fashion when they are promoting the scheme as "Buy 2 get One Free", they were very rude and told me to complain anywhere I want and even approach consumer court if I want and leave the store immediately.
                    8. Possibly, this will be my last purchase from Cantabil, if my complaint not resolved.
                    9. All the price Tags mentioning MRP's and the Invoice dated 4.3.17 is enclosed for your reference and perusal.

                      I purchase a sweater of cantabil brand from gwalior dd mall cantabil showroom i buy it on 4th jan 2017 i washed it 1st time and there was bubbles on the sweater everywhere the sweater quality was very bad either u refund my money or give me ur best quality product otherwise i will file a case on ur brand my bill no .4958 and i purchase it on 4th jan 2017

                        I purchased one jacket, half suitor and one pant totalling rs. 4, 355/- yesterday evening. I made payment through debit card. The amount was debited from bank. I asked for the bill, the manager mr gilbert says he will not give the bill as it is tagged with some other bill. When i insisted for the bill, he said he has cancelled the transaction and generated by a void sale bill from the same swipe machine. This time, again a sum of rs. 4, 355/- was debited from my bank.
                        He did not give me the merchandise but charged twice and got the amount of rs, 4, 355/- twice from my bank account.
                        The situation turned ugly. I was with my family. The store manager with his staff misbehaved me with foul language and manhandled us for our asking for a bill of the transaction.
                        Sir, please look into the transaction and help me resolve the issue by crediting the said rs.4355 /- twice to my account.
                        I will wait for 24 hours, failing which i have no option but to file an fir with connaught place police station on the ground fraud, misbehaviour and other offences.

                          When I purchased this product I paid through card and as I went home I wear it I don't like it and when after 30 minutes time I came to return they said no.
                          This was my first time purchasing from cantabile and I am very disappointed with the service and how they charge high for default product

                            I have purchased a t-shirt of an amount of rs.419/- (Detail-99etf3194804/t-shirt sum/ctsmh2707) from your showroom located at f-11, connaught place, new delhi on 29.09.2016 (Afternoon). The t-shirt was picked up from the sale items.

                            On the same day, after wearing some hour, i found that the t-shirt has a very small cutting damage at lower side which was not noticed by me while purchasing the t-shirt. On the same day in evening, i requested the showroom manager to change the t-shirt but he refused to change the t-shirt blaming me that the customer should have to watch all these things while purchasing. The language of the showroom manager was frustrated and vulgar type.

                            It is reiterated that the cutting damage was very small, which i do not noticed. It is requested to look into the matter and change my t-shirt at the earliest. Original bill and tag of the item are lying with the undersigned.

                              I am a regular customer of cantabil and using many garments up to satisfaction, however, recently, i have purchased a leather belt from cantabil store at v3s mall, laxmi nagar vide invoice no. Lili-0001645 dated 02.07.2016. Copy of invoice is attached for ready reference.

                              However, after buying it, i only started using that belt for the first time from 05.08.2016. To my surprise, that belt broke within a short span of less than a month.

                              I contacted the cantabil store at v3s mall, laxmi nagar on dated 04.09.2016 to report such manufacturing defect in the article, however, they simply rejected to help in any manner.

                              I have send emails to this effect on dated 04.09.2016 & 08.09.2016 at [protected]@cantabilinternational.com, however, no response has been received till date.

                              Therefore, i am sending this complaint and request you to kindly look into the matter at earliest and arrange to provide me the refund/replacement of said belt which broke within less than a month o[censored]sing it due to its manufacturing defect.

                                The t-shirt which i have purchased from cantabil showroom, shop no-159, sarojini nagar market, delhi - 110023, the colour of the same is fading please. Today i have returned that item for exchange.

                                Kindly instruct to the showroom retailer to exchange that item at the earliest please.

                                I am great fan of cantabil and i usually purchase our dresses preferably from cantabil, peter england, v-mart and john player please.

                                  This is to inform you that i have purchase cantabil clothes dated - 24/09/2015, both my pant got extremely faded, with in 2 or 3 was, when i have visited the cantabil show room, they said sir your product only valid till 45 days after purchase but we can said your cloths to our concern department, after so may fallow up and telephonic discussion, they gave me not approved stamp on my date on purchase bill but i am not sure is it valid or not,

                                  But sir i have some query about cantabil standard of cloth, is cantabil know our cloths quality is valid for 45 days, i think those who are purchasing cantabill or others brand, they believe its a quality product, they do not compromise with quality,
                                  I am a 6 or 7 year old customer of cantabill but it was very much frustrating, i think those who take care of indian market please look in to the matter either they are providing branded product or some thing wrong with brand of cantabill, it will affect the believe of customer in india,

                                    Purchased a nevy blue trouser from cantabil nirman vihar store (opposit of V3S mall) paid Rs712 nd when again went to collect it they changed the trouser which i purchased.
                                    When tried to complain to the manager the man pushed me outside the shop saying that it is closing time and we will not help you out
                                    No words for such poor customer handling.

                                      I have been regular cantabile user but the shirts are stretched after some 7/8 washes. I use 40 size but in length it has become 38 and sleeves has become 36. I had shown the same at your store but no solution was with them.
                                      Cantabil customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
