CANTABIL and have been purchasing your products for many years. I have always trusted your brand for quality and value.
On 23 November 2025, I purchased some clothes from your CANTABIL Burari, Sant Nagar Delhi 110084 store. Unfortunately, within one month of purchase, one of the jeans developed multiple holes on the back side, which clearly indicates very poor fabric quality.
When I visited the store to request an exchange due to this manufacturing defect, the store staff refused and informed me about certain policies. I was also told that such products are sold because it is a discount store, which was quite disappointing to hear. Selling substandard or defective products under the name of discounts is not acceptable and does not align with CANTABIL brand reputation.
I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at the earliest. I hope CANTABIL will maintain its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
