Hi Team,
My complaint is regarding unjustified alteration charges for new purchased cloths and misbehavior by sales person on date 13th August 2023. (Invoice No- S[protected]
Showroom Address: - Shop no 62, tarin Bahadurganj, Near Ghantaghar Road, Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, Pin- 242001.
First of all there should not be alteration charges for new purchased cloths, and if still there are alteration charges then there should be mentioning of charges for particular things . Because they charge whatever they want and there is no control on this thing .
Also the salesperson misbehaved with me when I asked justification about above discussed things .
So Its my humble request to you please take concern about this issue because it will also adversely affect the company's goodwill.
