I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction regarding an unauthorized loan sanctioned in my name without my prior consent or any notification.
Upon reviewing my recent financial statements, I discovered a loan sanctioned of Rs 1000 in Oct 2022 by Capfloat Financial Services Private Limited, for which I have not provided any consent or agreement. Despite my efforts to confirm this matter through your customer service, I am still unclear on how this loan was authorized without my knowledge.
It also impacts my CBIL score. So i want to close this fake account created by above mentioned company.
I request that you investigate this matter urgently.
