Capfloat Financial Services Pvt Ltd — Showing consumer loan from CAPFLOAT. but I have not taken any loan from them. this is 2nd time raising this complaint.

Hello Capfloat team,

I didn't take any kind of loan or didn't do any kind of transaction with Capfloat.
but it still showing as consumer loan in Cibil. close that Loan ASAP. it is impacting my cibil score.
Need proper explanation and resolution on priority.
Earlier I raised complaint on Nov 18 2022. that complaint is closed as issue is resolved. but still I'm able to see that loan. CLOSE THIS LOAN ASAP without making DELAY. this is 2nd time I'm creating this complaint.
