Capgemini — 19778 Not Releasing Offer Letter and now saying "It didn't work out due to unavoidable reasons. Better luck next time."

Hi capgemini team,

I got selected in Capgemini & received offer letter from them, but the date of joining was mentioned 20-Aug-21 but I would request for revised letter over mail i.e. 13-Aug-21 because my last working day will be on 25-Aug-21 that time hr told me it will be revised no issue based on that confitmation I have put down my papers still not received my revised offer letter . Even now I dont have any job in my hand in this covid time my family is in need and I need the job very badly. Based on the offer letter you have provided me I have resigned my previous job already and now I don't have any job in my hand currently.

I mailed my reporting HR regarding this but even after multiple mails & reminders hr told me that your salary didnt get approved . How it comes? After this I mailed to CG_INTERVIEW_HELPDESK @capgemini regarding the same but still no response from them.
It's been 4 weeks that I have mailed regarding my issue but not a single person have bothered to replied me or tried to solve my issue. This kind o[censored]n professional behavior is totally not acceptable from a renown company like Capgemini .

Please help me capgemini team I need job urgently.I have been home and without work from past one month because I am out of a job and I am in urgent need of a job as I have already put down my papers based on the confirmation and now I am jobless.
and this is causing me lot of mental trauma and financial loss. Kindly look into this matter and resolve this issue.
